Perry has distinguished himself as one of the top PGA Professionals in the Nation through his education, experience and management practices which earned him the title of PGA Master Professional in 1994. He has managed signature properties to include Bermuda Dunes CC, Newport Beach CC, TPC Valencia and many others. He has held executive positions in ClubCorp and Chevron Land Development. He has been a member of the PGA and Club Management Association of America throughout his career.
Master of Membership Sales & Services
Don’s experience in private country club operations is very noteworthy. He can be considered the Master of Membership Sales and Services, bringing in over 312 new members in a period of three years. His years of successful F&B Operations make him a consistent winner as a general manager. His operational expertise also includes budgeting, financial administration, golf course agronomy, member and co-worker satisfaction, training and development. One of his most noteworthy accomplishments was the transition of Seven Oaks Country Club from Developed-Owned to Member Owned. Don has proudly served as General Manager at such well-regarded Clubs as Palm Valley Country Club (Palm Desert CA), Seven Oaks Country (Bakersfield, CA), and Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club (North Plains, OR). Don is currently on assignment at Wichita Falls CC in Wichita Falls, Texas.
John Erickson has a distinguished career in operating private country clubs, resorts, and hotels. This includes an assignment as Director of Regional Operations with one of the largest owner/operators of clubs and resorts where he had fiscal and operational responsibility for 17 properties in seven states with over 800 co-workers and revenues of $65,000,000. As Chief Operating Officer, General Manager and Project Manager, John has successfully operated Dorado Beach Resort & Club (Dorado, Puerto Rico), Seven Canyons (Sedona, AZ), Sugar Creek Country Club (Sugarland, TX) and the Oregon Golf Club while serving as Regional Manager for Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club, Persimmon Country Club, and Creekside Country Club (Oregon). John recently challenged himself by suspending his Club Advisor role and seeking a Masters Degree in Business from Marylhurst University, which he did. John is currently on assignment at The Quechee Club, Quechee, Vermont.
Dave is a two-sport (baseball and football) academic All-American from Texas A&M. He continues to enjoy his role as football color analyst on the Aggie Radio Network. He played nine years for the LA Rams, including Super Bowl XIV. In 1997 he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame. Dave started operating golf and country clubs in 1989 and has been very successful operating such pristine clubs as Sugar Creek, Walden on Lake Houston, and Quail Valley. During this time he was working with many of the team members of Club Advisors. In addition, he spent several years as Managing Director, developing Miramont CC in Bryan, Texas.
Mike has many distinguished years as General Manager of private clubs such as Hoakalei CC in Hawaii, Club at Prescott Lakes in Arizona and The Club at 12 Oaks in North Carolina. His most recent Interim General Management assignment was Corvallis Country Club in Corvallis, OR. He was honored in 2013 by Century Golf/Arnold Palmer Management Company with induction into their Hall of Fame for his many accomplishments. He first developed his strong management and leadership skills through his days as a college and professional football quarterback and later as a high school and college football coach. Those skills helped develop a team approach to effectively manage and motivate his staff. Mike is currently on assignment at Taberna Country Club in New Bern, North Carolina.
Garth started in the private club business in 1992 as a membership sales director, assistant club manager, club manager, and general manager/chief operating officer. Becoming intimate with food and beverage operations in the position of the assistant club manager, F&B performance has become a unique area of proficiency that he has refined over the years, along with all other aspects of operations. He went on to purchase Little Turtle Golf Club in Central Ohio and he was owner/operator for eight years which he operated successfully during the “great recession.” After selling the club, he returned to private club management as general manager/chief operating officer at the Las Vegas Country Club and more recently at Glenmoor Country Club in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. Garth is currently on assignment with Club Advisors at The Standard Club in Chicago, a Five-Star Private Club by Platinum Clubs of America.

Bill has worked with and directed a wide variety of local, regional, national and international tennis tournaments and events for such organizations as the World Tennis Team, the Virginia Slims Legends, the USPTA and the USTA. His serves as the Co-Chairman and Tournament Director for the Music City Tennis Invitational Pro-Am held annually to benefit the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville. He has been the state president of the USPTA and has spoken at numerous tennis industry workshops and conventions throughout the United States.

Terry has held many top management positions in all type of clubs to include military, city, yacht, golf and country clubs. He has served members of Hunt Valley Golf Club (Baltimore, MD) with regional responsibility for 12 other private clubs, Monterey Country Club (Palm Desert, CA) with regional responsibility for eight other Southern California private clubs. He was GM at RidgeMark G&CC (Hollister, CA) and has recently served as General Manager of Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club (Nashville, TN) and, most recently, Big Island Country Club (Kona, HI). He is an active supporter of the Club Management Association of America throughout his career and has held board positions on local chapters. He has a graduate degree from Florida International University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, is recognized as a pioneer in improvements to the hospitality industry and donates time and energy in support of soldiers and their families. Terry serves as backfill for general managers away from assignments.
