After graduating from the University of Las Vegas (UNLV) with a hospitality degree, Rachel began her private club career at The Country Club in Brookline Massachusetts. Her F&B experience and expertise continued at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells as the Food & Beverage Director and The Roaring Fork Club and Vail Resorts before accepting the position of General Manager, The Club at Rolling Hills in Golden, Colorado. Her professional development continued with Paychex and Johnson and Wales where she earned her MBA and became an Adjunct Professor while partnering with an HR company in Denver, Big Time HR. She thrives in a team environment and loves bringing creativity and people operations skills to each facility where she works. Rachel has lived in Southern France and throughout the United States and enjoys traveling and working with animal rescue groups. Rachel is currently on an HR assignment at Martis Camp Club in Truckee, CA.

Doug has operated city, golf, and country clubs in the USA and China, including the Mid-Pacific Country Club on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu and The American Club in Hong Kong. His Interim General Management assignments with Club Advisors have been the Golf Club of Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK) and The Sangamo Club (Springfield, IL). He is a member of the Honors Society, Wine Society, and Club Foundation of the Club Management Association of America. Doug recently completed a five-month assignment as Interim General Manager of El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel, California, and an assignment at Centre Hills Country Club in State College, Pennsylvania. Doug's additional assignments include Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Arizona, Lakeland Country Club in Lakeland, Florida, and Rocky Fork Hunt and Country Club near Columbus, Ohio.

Skip has years of experience in the private club industry in various positions including Clubhouse Manager, General Manager, and Regional Food & Beverage Director. He has a strong track record of accepting difficult challenges with positive results, particularly in the area of food and beverage. Skip has achieved the designations of Certified Club Manager (CCM), Master Certified Food Executive and has been very involved as an officer for the Club Manager’s Association of America (CMAA) Greater Southwest Chapter. He has also served as Student Liaison of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas Student Chapter of CMAA, where he helped coach and mentor hospitality students to learn about the private club industry. Skip’s assignments with Club Advisors include Mount Vernon Country Club, Hillcrest Country Club, Mount Hawley Country Club, Mountain Oyster Club. the University Club of Palo Alto, Fremont Hill Country Club, and Sunrise Club. Skip has returned to Club Advisors after managing Pueblo Del Sol Country Club in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Bill has worked with and directed a wide variety of local, regional, national, and international tennis tournaments and events for such organizations as the World Tennis Team, the Virginia Slims Legends, the USPTA, and the USTA. He serves as the Co-Chairman and Tournament Director for the Music City Tennis Invitational Pro-Am held annually to benefit the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville. He has been the state president of the USPTA and has spoken at numerous tennis industry workshops and conventions throughout the United States. Bill recently completed an assignment at the Country Club of Paducah.

Terry has held many top management positions in all types of clubs including military, city, yacht, golf, and country clubs. He has served members of Hunt Valley Golf Club (Baltimore, MD) with regional responsibility for 12 other private clubs, Monterey Country Club (Palm Desert, CA) with regional responsibility for eight other Southern California private clubs. He was GM at RidgeMark G&CC (Hollister, CA) and has recently served as General Manager of Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club (Nashville, TN) and, most recently, Big Island Country Club (Kona, HI). He is an active supporter of the Club Management Association of America throughout his career and has held board positions on local chapters. He has a graduate degree from Florida International University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, is recognized as a pioneer in improvements to the hospitality industry, and donates time and energy in support of soldiers and their families. Terry serves as a backfill for general managers. He most recently was at the Coronado Yacht Club on Coronado Island, California, and Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Arizona.
