John’s private club experience includes clubs such as The Maryland Club, Country Club of Little Rock, Brook Hollow Golf Club, Hardscrabble Country Club, Cleveland Yachting Club, Fayetteville Country Club, where he elevated member satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additionally, as Chief Operating Officer of a large-scale Property Owners Association in Fairfield Bay, Arkansas, John demonstrated strategic vision and operational acumen, overseeing complex community operations and driving sustainable growth. His areas of expertise include team building, project management, human resources administration, staff training, food and beverage operations, strategic planning, financial management, and enhanced member satisfaction. John’s ability to navigate high-level tasks is underpinned by his academic credentials, including an MBA specializing in Golf and Country Club Management from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland, a BS in Management from the University of the State of New York, and a Master Diploma from the Institute for Sport and Recreation Management at Loughborough University’s Sir John Beckwith Center for Sport. Frits is a Certified Hotel Administrator and a distinguished leader in the hospitality industry with a wealth of experience spanning hotel management, private club operations, food and beverage operations, and fine dining. European-trained in accounting and hotel operations, Frits began his career with a solid foundation that propelled him to success in various leadership roles. His first General Manager position was at the Holiday Inn Slough-Windsor, where his accomplishments led to a promotion within Commonwealth Holiday Inns of Canada in England to manage their flagship property, the Holiday Inn Marble Arch in London. Under his stewardship, the Holiday Inn Marble Arch thrived, earning him recognition and an offer to join the Marriott Corporation. At Marriott, Frits excelled as the opening General Manager of the Richmond Hotel and Convention Center, earning the title General Manager of the Year in the Mid-Atlantic Region. His continued success led to a promotion to oversee operations at the Marriott Griffin Gate Resort in Kentucky. Returning to Virginia, Frits took the role of General Manager at the Hermitage Country Club in Goochland County. During his five-year tenure, he significantly improved the club’s financial performance and enhanced member satisfaction. Frits’s passion for culinary arts led him to establish his French restaurant, One North Belmont, in Richmond. As chef-owner, he garnered consistent Four Diamond ratings and was honored as a James Beard Foundation “Best Chef” Semi-Finalist. Beyond the restaurant, he served as Bailli of the Richmond Chapter of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and as Commodore of the Stingray Harbour Yacht Club in Deltaville, Virginia. Frit’s expertise extends to interim leadership roles as well. He has completed two assignments with Club Advisors, serving as Interim Executive Chef at Concord Country Club near Philadelphia and Spring Creek Golf & Country Club in Ripon, California. Frit’s career reflects his dedication to excellence in all aspects of hospitality, from private club operations to hotel management, food and beverage operations, and fine dining. His diverse background and proven leadership make him a highly respected figure in the industry.  Frits is currently on assignment as Interim Executive Chef at Riverton Country Club in Cinnaminson, New Jersey, near Philadelphia.

Rachel Ego

After graduating from the University of Las Vegas (UNLV) with a hospitality degree, Rachel began her private club career at The Country Club in Brookline Massachusetts.  Her F&B experience and expertise continued at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells as the Food & Beverage Director and The Roaring Fork Club and Vail Resorts before accepting the position of General Manager, The Club at Rolling Hills in Golden, Colorado.  Her professional development continued with Paychex and Johnson and Wales where she earned her MBA and became an Adjunct Professor while partnering with an HR company in Denver, Big Time HR. She thrives in a team environment and loves bringing creativity and people operations skills to each facility where she works. Rachel has lived in Southern France and throughout the United States and enjoys traveling and working with animal rescue groups. Rachel is currently on an HR assignment at Martis Camp Club in Truckee, CA.

Doug has operated city, golf, and country clubs in the USA and China, including the Mid-Pacific Country Club on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu and The American Club in Hong Kong.  His Interim General Management assignments with Club Advisors have been the Golf Club of Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK) and The Sangamo Club (Springfield, IL).  He is a member of the Honors Society, Wine Society, and Club Foundation of the Club Management Association of America. Doug recently completed a five-month assignment as Interim General Manager of El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel, California, and an assignment at Centre Hills Country Club in State College, Pennsylvania. Doug's additional assignments include Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Arizona, Lakeland Country Club in Lakeland, Florida, and Rocky Fork Hunt and Country Club near Columbus, Ohio.

Skip has years of experience in the private club industry in various positions including Clubhouse Manager, General Manager, and Regional Food & Beverage Director.  He has a strong track record of accepting difficult challenges with positive results, particularly in the area of food and beverage. Skip has achieved the designations of Certified Club Manager (CCM), Master Certified Food Executive and has been very involved as an officer for the Club Manager’s Association of America (CMAA) Greater Southwest Chapter.  He has also served as Student Liaison of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas Student Chapter of CMAA, where he helped coach and mentor hospitality students to learn about the private club industry.  Skip’s assignments with Club Advisors include Mount Vernon Country ClubHillcrest Country ClubMount Hawley Country ClubMountain Oyster Club. the University Club of Palo AltoFremont Hill Country Club, and Sunrise Club. Skip has returned to Club Advisors after managing Pueblo Del Sol Country Club in Sierra Vista, Arizona.

Bill has worked with and directed a wide variety of local, regional, national, and international tennis tournaments and events for such organizations as the World Tennis Team, the Virginia Slims Legends, the USPTA, and the USTA.  He serves as the Co-Chairman and Tournament Director for the Music City Tennis Invitational Pro-Am held annually to benefit the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville. He has been the state president of the USPTA and has spoken at numerous tennis industry workshops and conventions throughout the United States.  Bill recently completed an assignment at the Country Club of Paducah.

Terry has held many top management positions in all types of clubs including military, city, yacht, golf, and country clubs.  He has served members of Hunt Valley Golf Club (Baltimore, MD) with regional responsibility for 12 other private clubs, Monterey Country Club (Palm Desert, CA) with regional responsibility for eight other Southern California private clubs.  He was GM at RidgeMark G&CC (Hollister, CA) and has recently served as General Manager of Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club (Nashville, TN) and, most recently, Big Island Country Club (Kona, HI).  He is an active supporter of the Club Management Association of America throughout his career and has held board positions on local chapters. He has a graduate degree from Florida International University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, is recognized as a pioneer in improvements to the hospitality industry, and donates time and energy in support of soldiers and their families.  Terry serves as a backfill for general managers.  He most recently was at the Coronado Yacht Club on Coronado Island, California, and Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Arizona.
