Ali is an outstanding Club and Hospitality Professional with extensive experience. He thrives on analytical and fact-based accounting and is a critical partner in transforming club operations and bolstering revenues with a member and staff-oriented philosophy. He is a strong advocate of the AV principle, “Available and Visible.” After completing degrees in math, accounting, and information technology, he practiced operations analysis and controller positions with the leading brands of major hotels and resorts, including Top Notch Resort & Spa, Stouffers, Marriott, and Sheraton hotels. He was Chief Financial Officer and General Manager (GM), later serving as COO/GM of Lake Sunapee Yacht Club in Sunapee, New Hampshire. Last year, Ali was selected to be part of the Masters Tournament Team at Augusta National Golf Club and has been invited back on the 2025 Team, teaching and supervising volunteers in Food and Beverage Operations for two weeks. He has also served as Assistant General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the University Club of Boston for five years before moving to Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead, Massachusetts, as chief financial officer and assistant general manager. In 2014, he moved to Hyannis Yacht Club in Hyannis, Massachusetts, as General Manager. Ali recently completed assignments at Eastpointe CC in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, AltoLakes Golf & Country Club in Alto, New Mexico, Abenaqui Country Club in Rye Beach, New Hampshire, and Country Club of Hudson, Hudson, Ohio.

A Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Frits has built a distinguished career as a seasoned General Manager of large-scale Marriott Hotels and Convention Centers, where he consistently delivered exceptional operational performance and guest experiences. He was honored as Marriott’s General Manager of the Year in the Mid-Atlantic region, recognizing his outstanding leadership and results-driven management. Frits also served as General Manager of the prestigious, member-owned Hermitage Country Club in Richmond, Virginia, the second-largest country club in the greater Richmond area. In this role, he successfully turned around the club’s financial performance while significantly elevating the overall member experience, with particular improvements in dining operations, service standards, and ambiance. As the owner and operator of the fine-dining white-glove restaurant One Belmont North, Frits demonstrated his expertise in high-end hospitality management. Under his leadership, the restaurant earned the prestigious James Beard Award for the Mid-Atlantic region and was consistently recognized as a Four Diamond establishment. His strong foundation in financial accounting and proven ability to make sound, strategic financial decisions have been instrumental in driving profitability and operational excellence across all the clubs and hospitality venues he has managed. Throughout his career, Frits has earned a reputation as an all-around exceptional general manager and leader — a collaborative, approachable professional whom team members, members, and colleagues alike have thoroughly enjoyed working with.

After graduating from the University of Las Vegas (UNLV) with a hospitality degree, Rachel began her private club career at The Country Club in Brookline Massachusetts. Her F&B experience and expertise continued at The Vintage Club in Indian Wells as the Food & Beverage Director and The Roaring Fork Club and Vail Resorts before accepting the position of General Manager, The Club at Rolling Hills in Golden, Colorado. Her professional development continued with Paychex and Johnson and Wales where she earned her MBA and became an Adjunct Professor while partnering with an HR company in Denver, Big Time HR. She thrives in a team environment and loves bringing creativity and people operations skills to each facility where she works. Rachel has lived in Southern France and throughout the United States and enjoys traveling and working with animal rescue groups. Rachel is currently on an HR assignment at Martis Camp Club in Truckee, CA.

Doug has operated city, golf, and country clubs in the USA and China, including the Mid-Pacific Country Club on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu and The American Club in Hong Kong. His Interim General Management assignments with Club Advisors have been the Golf Club of Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK) and The Sangamo Club (Springfield, IL). He is a member of the Honors Society, Wine Society, and Club Foundation of the Club Management Association of America. Doug recently completed a five-month assignment as Interim General Manager of El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel, California, and an assignment at Centre Hills Country Club in State College, Pennsylvania. Doug's additional assignments include Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Arizona, Lakeland Country Club in Lakeland, Florida, and Rocky Fork Hunt and Country Club near Columbus, Ohio.

Terry has held many top management positions in all types of clubs including military, city, yacht, golf, and country clubs. He has served members of Hunt Valley Golf Club (Baltimore, MD) with regional responsibility for 12 other private clubs, Monterey Country Club (Palm Desert, CA) with regional responsibility for eight other Southern California private clubs. He was GM at RidgeMark G&CC (Hollister, CA) and has recently served as General Manager of Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club (Nashville, TN) and, most recently, Big Island Country Club (Kona, HI). He is an active supporter of the Club Management Association of America throughout his career and has held board positions on local chapters. He has a graduate degree from Florida International University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, is recognized as a pioneer in improvements to the hospitality industry, and donates time and energy in support of soldiers and their families. Terry serves as a backfill for general managers. He most recently was at the Coronado Yacht Club on Coronado Island, California, and Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Arizona.
