David Nightingale



David Nightingale is very admired and respected in Northern California after spending years at the helm of several outstanding and iconic private clubs including Sharon Heights Golf & Country Club, The St. Francis Yacht Club, and The Peninsula Golf & Country Club.  He also had the privilege of serving the renowned Olympic Club in San Francisco as Food & Beverage Director for both the City and Lakeside clubhouses.  He is a visible and collaborative leader that takes great pride in sharing the art of fantastic member service and excellent club operations with directors and staff. He is a member of the Club Management Association of America and volunteers with the George Archer Memorial Foundation for Literacy and the Olympic Club Foundation.  David completed his first assignment as Interim General Manager at Fremont Hills Country Club in Los Altos Hills, California, and recently completed a four-month assignment at Mulholland Tennis Club in Los Angeles. He most recently assisted The Mohave Resort in Laughlin, Nevada.

Doug has operated city, golf, and country clubs in the USA and China, including the Mid-Pacific Country Club on the Hawaiian Island of Oahu and The American Club in Hong Kong.  His Interim General Management assignments with Club Advisors have been the Golf Club of Oklahoma (Tulsa, OK) and The Sangamo Club (Springfield, IL).  He is a member of the Honors Society, Wine Society, and Club Foundation of the Club Management Association of America. Doug recently completed a five-month assignment as Interim General Manager of El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel, California, and an assignment at Centre Hills Country Club in State College, Pennsylvania. After the first of the year, he enjoyed a three-month assignment as interim General Manager at Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Arizona.

Guy Shaw



Guy Shaw is an admired and respected General Manager throughout the industry with a record of managing highly regarded private country clubs and city clubs which include Barrington Hills Country ClubSaddle & Cycle Club, and The Standard Club. He is a personable leader who presents innovative ideas and options while preserving the deep history, traditions, and culture of the club. Guy is a second-generation Cornell University School of Hotel Administration graduate and member of the Club Management Association of America. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Chicago Chapter of the Club Management Association of America and has served as Chairperson of the Greater Chicago Club Management Association Exposition. Guy Shaw is an effective delegator, an excellent communicator, and has strong operational and financial skills, as well as extensive food and beverage knowledge. He has an affable personality and interacts well with Boards, staff, and the membership. Guy maintains a high profile yet has an understated nature of presence and gravitas.  

Mike Biscotti



Mike has many distinguished years as General Manager of private clubs such as Hoakalei CC in Hawaii, Club at Prescott Lakes in Arizona, and The Club at 12 Oaks in North Carolina. His most recent Interim General Management assignment was Corvallis Country Club in Corvallis, OR.  He was honored in 2013 by Century Golf/Arnold Palmer Management Company with induction into their Hall of Fame for his many accomplishments. He first developed his strong management and leadership skills through his days as a college and professional football quarterback and later as a high school and college football coach. Those skills helped develop a team approach to effectively manage and motivate his staff.  Mike recently completed an eight-month interim general manager assignment at Taberna Country Club in New Bern, North Carolina.

Bill Riddle

Bill has worked with and directed a wide variety of local, regional, national, and international tennis tournaments and events for such organizations as the World Tennis Team, the Virginia Slims Legends, the USPTA, and the USTA.  He serves as the Co-Chairman and Tournament Director for the Music City Tennis Invitational Pro-Am held annually to benefit the Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville. He has been the state president of the USPTA and has spoken at numerous tennis industry workshops and conventions throughout the United States.  Bill is currently on assignment at the Country Club of Paducah.

Terry Clark

Terry has held many top management positions in all types of clubs including military, city, yacht, golf, and country clubs.  He has served members of Hunt Valley Golf Club (Baltimore, MD) with regional responsibility for 12 other private clubs, Monterey Country Club (Palm Desert, CA) with regional responsibility for eight other Southern California private clubs.  He was GM at RidgeMark G&CC (Hollister, CA) and has recently served as General Manager of Bluegrass Yacht & Country Club (Nashville, TN) and, most recently, Big Island Country Club (Kona, HI).  He is an active supporter of the Club Management Association of America throughout his career and has held board positions on local chapters. He has a graduate degree from Florida International University in Hotel and Restaurant Management, is recognized as a pioneer in improvements to the hospitality industry, and donates time and energy in support of soldiers and their families.  Terry serves as a backfill for general managers.  He most recently was at the Coronado Yacht Club on Coronado Island, California, and Laughlin Ranch Golf Club in Arizona.
