The job responsibilities of the Interim GM are critical and necessary for the Club to continue in a positive manner. Our Club was fortunate to negotiate with Club Advisors and engage Doug Holtz. Doug was the support and laughter we all needed during a time of uncertainty and transition. He leaned on our Executive Team as the experts of El Niguel and helped us to carry out the very best experiences for our membership. Recently, Chris Robles, a previous member of the BOD, said, “We all miss Doug, he was so well-liked. I was most impressed that the Club did not miss a beat between Kimberly and Doug.” That should be enough for any Board to be convinced to look for an interim like Doug.
