Morgan is a great private club controller, having served both full-time positions, as well as seasonal positions. She has experience of working closely with club management to effectively communicate with Club Boards as well as Finance Committees. Morgan has been a financial leader for clubs to provide support for projects such as golf course renovations, PGA tournaments, clubhouse remodels and irrigation systems. Morgan has extensive experience in providing support and structure for several different types of budgets, including cost plus, zero based and programing. She understands the operations of clubs, which allows her to quickly get up to speed, identify areas of concern and prepare suggested improvements. She is a tenacious problem solver and thrives in challenging environments. She has worked in and implemented/enhanced most of the major club software systems and strives to help clubs automate and document their processes to gain efficiency.
Jaimie began her career in the hospitality industry in Southern California. She has worked with many private and semi-private clubs, including Monterey Country Club (Palm Desert, CA) and five years at the prestigious BIGHORN Golf Club (Palm Desert, CA). She has worked with the leading Golf and Country Club Owners and Management Companies in the World including Troon Golf, Club Corp, and American Golf. She was extremely valuable in opening Escena Golf Club (Palm Springs, CA) and The Classic Club (Palm Desert, CA). After moving to Austin, she joined Bunkhouse Hospitality as the Senior Accountant for Hotel Saint Cecilia (Austin, TX), Hotel Havana (San Antonio, TX), and El Cosmico (Marfa, TX) She has most recently worked as a Senior Manager for a CPA firm in Austin helping small businesses with all of their bookkeeping and accounting needs. She is an excellent problem solver, excels as a communicator, and is a manager who develops high-performing accounting teams. She takes pride in her ability to successfully manage fast-paced, complex issues and complete all projects above operators' expectations. Jaimie, her husband, and her family have lived their lives in golfing communities, and she takes great pride in assisting with the financial management operations and management of golf and country clubs. Jaimie is currently on assignment at Greenville Country Club in Greenville SC.

Ali is an outstanding Club and Hospitality Professional with extensive experience. He thrives on analytical and fact-based accounting and is a critical partner in transforming club operations and bolstering revenues with a member and staff-oriented philosophy. He is a strong advocate of the AV principle, “Available and Visible.” After completing degrees in math, accounting, and information technology, he practiced operations analyses and controller positions with the leading brands of major hotels and resorts including Top Notch Resort & Spa, Stouffers, Marriott, and Sheraton hotels. He was Chief Financial and General Manager (GM), later serving as COO/GM of Lake Sunapee Yacht Club in Sunapee, New Hampshire. Last year Ali was selected to be part of the Masters Tournament Team at Augusta National Golf Club and has been invited back on the 2025 Team teaching and supervising volunteers in Food and Beverage Operations for two weeks. He has also served as Assistant General Manager, Chief Financial Officer of the University Club of Boston for five years before moving to Eastern Yacht Club in Marblehead, Massachusetts, as chief financial officer and assistant general manager. In 2014 he moved to Hyannis Yacht Club in Hyannis Massachusetts as General Manager.
