Chef Keith Dary has never met a private club kitchen he didn’t like. He is classically trained and is most happy when fully absorbed in running Country Club BOH/FOH F&B Operations. He is a successful teacher, coach, and leader, and is particularly strong at building high-end teams, managing cost controls, and creating excitement throughout the properties he has managed. Chef Keith has an optimistic personality that he shares with his team to build loyalty and share the joy of creating a perfect product. He also enjoys interacting with Club Members and ensuring that their dining experiences exceed expectations. Keith recently rejoined the Club Advisors Team after leading the F&B Operations at Marriott South Hotel in Madison, Wisconsin. He is currently on assignment at Berkeley Hall Club as F&B Director in Bluffton, South Carolina.

Bill is a seasoned veteran of the private club industry across the United States. His expertise spans hospitality, operations, and member relations, delivering optimal member experiences. He has served as Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director, and Clubhouse Manager in diverse private clubs, including city, yacht, golf, equestrian, swimming, and country clubs. He builds strong relationships with members and staff, drives rapid, positive changes and energizes teams. He develops strategies to boost member growth and revenue through events and ensures food quality and consistency, leveraging his Executive Chef background. Bill is an active member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF) and Club Management Association of America (CMAA). He embodies intangibles critical for workplace success—energy, connection-building, and cultural positivity. He is poised to add immediate value and enhance any club’s environment. Bill enjoys golf, bicycling, gym time, his Mini Dachshund, and travel. Bill recently completed an AGM assignment with Lawsonia Golf Courses in Green Lake, Wisconsin, for the summer.

Kimberly graduated from Bowling Green State University with a Bachelor of Science in Technology Degree in Restaurant and Institutional Food Service Management. Her management career includes clubs such as Lakewood Country Club, Park City Club, The Clifton Club, and, most recently Elyria Country Club. Her varied hospitality background also includes high-end restaurants such as Stouffer’s Top of the Town and Hyde Park Grille.
In her spare time, Kimberly is a private pilot and vintage car enthusiast. She is on the Board of Directors for Kids in Flight, a non-profit organization that uses aviation activities and airplane rides to give children with serious illnesses an escape from their daily struggles.
Kimberly recently completed assignments as Interim Clubhouse Manager at Marrakesh Country Club in Palm Desert and Interim General Manager at The Club at Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs, Florida. She recently completed an assignment at the Woodland Golf Club near Boston, AGM at The Club at Chatham Hills near Indianapolis, for the LIV Tournament, and is currently Interim AGM/F&B Director at Alto Lakes Country Club in Alto, New Mexico. Kimberly has worked extensively with the Club Management Association of America.
